I am very delighted and honored to be the 4th National President of this great Alumni of brilliant and impact making graduates of the prestigious Petroleum Training Institute. Our relevant contributions to the Oil and gas & Allied industries can not be over emphasized as we take pride in our place of meaningful contributions to Nigerian oil & gas industry. i enjoined  each and everyone of us to contribute and make our Alumni remain great always. We have a lot to do as a group in this challenging era and i count on each and everyone of us in achieving this success

Objectives

    • Create a supportive and family-like atmosphere within Petroleum Training Institute Alumni Association.

    • Acknowledge and celebrate achievements, involving notable alumni in Petroleum Training Institute Alumni Association activities.

    • Develop and execute a strategic communication plan.

    • Encourage a culture of giving back to the institute and support ongoing contributions.

    • Serve as a repository of historical information about the Petroleum Training Institute.

    • Establish resources to support the career development of alumni, students, and faculty.

    • Promote and facilitate alumni involvement in the Institute research initiatives.

    • Offer and enhance networking opportunities.

    • Expand and improve student mentoring services.

THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WAS CHAMPIONED TO GIVE VOICE AND REPRESENTATION WITHIN AND IN DIASPORA BY THE PIONEER PRESIDENT, FELIX OBADA
THE JOURNEY OF A MILLION MILE THEY SAY STARTS WITH A FOOT STEP. LIKE EVERY GROWING CHILD THERE HAS BEEN UPS AND DOWNS BUT WE REMAIN STANDING.
CHIEF SOLOMON IYOBOSA EDEBIRI,PRESIDENT OF THE NIGERIA WELDING INSTITUTE, THE SECOND PRESIDENT, HAS POSITIONED THE ALUMNI ON THE RELAY TRACK AND WE HOPE GIVE THE REQUIRED ENERGY TO FINISH AND WIN THE RACE.
CURRENTLY, THE THIRD PRESIDENT, UWEDJOJEVWE GARI AUGUSTINE OTOKOHWEMU HAS PICKED UP THE RELAY BATON AND CONTINUE THE RACE. WITH GOD ON OUR SIDE, THE SKY WILL BE THE BEGINING.
